The house has three levels, with the available room on the second level. The room is a decent size (comfortably fits a double bed) and has a stunning view of the Cathedral. The bathroom is shared with one other person (third tenent has an en suite room). The living room is spacious, has a large television, and has a patio leading to a small garden and the parking area. Parking is available (must be discussed with the one other housemate who drives). Bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, tv license, phone, internet) come to about £90 per month per person, so including rent, the total monthly cost is about £380. Officially, the room is unfurnished, but if someone wants my bedroom furniture (double bed, mattress, wardrobe, bookcase, bedside cabinets) and is quick enough to confirm their interest in the room, I don't mind leaving it (great condition, 1.5 years old) free of charge.
