Belfast, Lisburn Road One of our flatmates is having to relocate to start a new job so we require someone to move into a 4 Bedroom Flat on Ashley Avenue, Lisburn Road. The spare room is very spacious and has a double bed (with a large built in wardrobe). The flat itself has a large living room (with a HDTV/Xbox/PS2/Snes etc) and a good size kitchen with everything you'll need. The flat has gas heating and has 2 bathrooms (One with an electric shower). We also have Wireless Broadband and a TV package in the house which works out very cheap between 4 people. The street is very quiet and has lots of excellent facilities nearby including convenience shops, Tesco and lots of fast food outlets. It's very close to Queens University and there is a bus stop at the top of the street. The room is available from February 6th onwards and rent is £205 Per Month. A deposit will also be required. The lease expires on August 1st and there is an option to extend. 2 of the housemates are working full time and the other housemate is studying. Moving in as soon as possible would be of benefit as it would mean that you would get February's rent for free. You would then have to start paying rent on March 1st.
