There is a single bed with bedding provided. No television. You will have to get one yourself if you desire one. THE RENT: The monthly fee includes all bills, rent, council tax, utility bills, broadband, tv licence, skyTV in the lounge etc. It does NOT include food, washing tablets and toiletries. In theory you only need to bring yourself to the flat as everything you need is here. The only thing i would advise is maybe buy or find a small freezer box so you can store your own food separately.
